CANTON, Mo. – MNU used efficient shooting and a strong defensive effort to secure a 68-58 road win over Culver-Stockton on Saturday. The Pioneers shot 53.3% from the field and dominated in transition, outscoring the Wildcats 18-4 on fastbreak points.

MNU trailed 4-0 early but responded with a 21-6 run to take control. The Pioneers held the Wildcats to just 25.9% shooting in the first half and took a 33-30 lead into the break. In the second half, MNU's offense clicked into high gear, shooting 61.1% to maintain their lead and fend off any Wildcat comeback attempts.

Turning Point
A 10-2 MNU run early in the second half extended a slim 33-30 lead to 43-32, giving the Pioneers breathing room for the remainder of the game.
