BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – #2 MNU won to the Heart Tournament Championship with a dramatic 5–4 shootout victory over top-seeded Baker Tuesday night after a 1–1 draw through double overtime at Hartley Field.

The Pioneers struck first when Jeremie Pelade found the net in the 6th minute, finishing a setup from Gabriel Fernandes Carneiro to give MNU an early lead.
