Location: North Campus Sports Complex - Fulton, Mo.

FULTON, Mo. – The 17th-ranked MNU Pioneers dominated from start to finish in a 70-7 blowout win over William Woods on Saturday afternoon. MNU improved to 5-0 for the season, putting on a balanced and relentless display on both sides of the ball.

The Pioneers opened with a 14-point first quarter behind rushing touchdowns from Adrian Parsons and Cameron Finley. William Woods managed their only points with a 51-yard touchdown pass, but MNU quickly responded, scoring 28 points in the second quarter. Adrian Parsons connected twice with EJ Rogers for scores, and Maxwell Webber added a 57-yard interception return for a touchdown, giving MNU a 42-7 lead by halftime.

MNU continued to control the game in the second half, with Finley adding three more rushing touchdowns, including a 59-yard dash in the fourth quarter, bringing his total to five rushing scores on the day. He is the first Pioneer with 5 rushing touchdowns since Javon Taylor at Avila in 2016. The Pioneers' defense suffocated William Woods, allowing just two net rushing yards and forcing a turnover that led directly to points.
"I'm so proud of our team to be 5-0 at the midway point," said head coach Paul Hansen. "Our guys have worked so hard to get to this point. We will use the bye week to heal up and get ready for homecoming vs. Valley."

Turning Point
MNU's second-quarter outburst of 28 unanswered points sealed the victory early. The two touchdown passes from Parsons to Rogers and Webber's pick-six highlighted the dominant stretch.
