BETHANY, Okla. - The Pioneers shut out Southwestern Christian on Saturday. MNU got on the board in the 25th minute when Mathieu Ecourtemer and Marco Izurieta passed back and forth until Ecourtemer fired a shot past the keeper for a 1-0 lead. In the 49th minute, a Nicolas Theberge free kick found the head of Jony Munoz, making it 2-0. Theberge recorded a second assist in the 61st minute, finding Ecourtemer for his second goal of the match, and MNU won 3-0.
