Pioneers Earn Tough Shutout

OLATHE, Kan. - The Pioneers found the net 3 times in a back-and-forth match vs. William Penn on Saturday. The match was scoreless nearing halftime, but Nicolas Theberge found Vitus Voitl who crossed the ball to the head of Jony Munoz for the game's first goal. The MNU defense stood firm through several Statesmen chances, and Antonio Mugica made it 2-0 with a goal in the 59th minute. Diego Calderon iced it in the 78th minute, and MNU held on to win 3-0.
