Volleyball at Bellevue Tourney

VB vs. Providence | L 0-3
VB vs. Valley City State | L 2-3
VB vs. Morningside | W 3-2
VB vs. Doane | W 3-1

BELLEVUE, Neb. - MNU went 2-2 at the Bellevue Classic over the weekend. "Overall, it was a good weekend," said head coach Molly Karagyaurov. "This is always a competitive tournament. It's fun to see who is who and what is what from NAIA volleyball.
For us, this is our third preseason weekend. We are slowly building. Providence was good and out played us. Valley City State was a dog fight that ended in a heartbreak. We lost focus at the end and took our foot off the gas. But games like that can make you or break you. We learned from it and had to move on quickly. We battled Morningside and won in 5 after getting swept by them last weekend and then lastly knocked off a solid Doane team.
Everyone played this weekend. Everyone contributed this weekend. It was a team effort to come out of there 2-2.
We continue to learn and grow every time we play. That's the goal - get better and peak at the right time! We are excited to play at home this week! We host McPherson on Wednesday. Be there!"

Up Next
The next match is Wednesday at home vs. McPherson (4-3) at 7:00.
