OLATHE, Kan. - The Pioneers pulled out an overtime win against Benedictine College on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the Heart Conference Tournament. The Pioneers looked a step slow in the first half, ending the period down by 11. The Pioneers fought back in the second half, but it looked like the game was out of reach at certain parts. MNU went on scoring runs a couple of times, but the Ravens evened it out with their own scoring runs. With 1:00 minute left in the second half, MNU went on a 7-0 run to push the game into overtime. In the overtime period, the Pioneers went down by 3, but scored 8 unanswered points to win the game 79-74.
