OLATHE, Kan. - MNU swept Mt. Mercy on Friday. The first 2 sets were close as the Pioneers won each by the score of 25-23. In the 3rd set, MNU jumped out early and controlled throughout to win 25-19.
"I was proud of the girls tonight executing the scouting report," said Coach Karagyaurov. "It was a tough match and battle back for forth for points and we stayed mentally tough which was great! Mount Mercy is a solid opponent and we are happy with that win. Improving to 4-1 in conference play and capitalizing while we are at home is important for our season."
