OLATHE, Kan. - The Pioneers lost a pair of 5-inning games to Central Methodist on Tuesday. In
Game 1, both teams scored at will and combined for 30 runs and 30 hits in 5 innings. The Pioneers led 8-4 after 3 innings, but CMU tied it with 4 in the 4th then exploded for 12 in the 5th. The Pioneers got 2 in the 5th but fell via the mercy rule.
