OLATHE, Kan. - The Pioneers swept a non conference double header from Stephens on Tuesday. In Game 1, Cassidy Berry's 2-run homer in the 1st put MNU up 3-0. But Stephens responded with 3 in the top of the 3rd to tie it. Emily Robinson led off the bottom of the 3rd with a solo shot, and MNU kept the lead for the rest of the game.

Game 1 Turning Point
Robinson's solo homer gave MNU the lead for good. Game 1 Individual Leaders
Regan Smith pitched 4.1 innings of relief for the win. And Kaleigh Bayless (3-4, R, 2 2B, 2 RBI, SB), Emily Robinson (3-3, 3 R, 2B, HR, 2 RBI, BB), and Cassidy Berry (2-3, R, 2B, HR, 4 RBI) led the offense.

In Game 2, RBIs from Emma Ryan and Hannah Tenberge in the 2nd inning put MNU up 2-0, and Emily Butcoff's 2-run single highlighted a 4-run rally in the 3rd. Another run crossed in the 5th for a 7-0 lead, and Cassidy Berry put an exclamation point on a huge day with a 2-run homer to win Game 2 via the mercy rule. Game 2 Turning Point

Game 2 Individual Leaders
Emily Robinson struck out 8 in a complete game 6-inning shutout. And Cassidy Berry (3-3, 4 R, HR, 2 RBI, BB) and Emma Ryan (3-3, R, 3 RBI) had 3 hits apiece.
