Record: MNU (1-1), Park (2-0)
Location: Bell Family Arena - Olathe, Kan.

OLATHE, Kan. - Trey Brown's career-high 24 points were not enough in an 82-76 loss to #24 Park to close the Jeff Uphaus Memorial Classic on Friday. Brown hit back-to-back 3s in the first half to give the Pioneers an 18-8 lead, but Park responded with an 8-0 run to get back in the game. The Pirates closed the half on an 8-2 run to take a 2-point lead to the locker room.

The second half was tight throughout as neither team took no more than a 5-point lead. Trey Brown knocked down long three after long three to keep MNU close, but the Pirates made enough stops in the final minute to grab a cushion and win by 6. Turning Point
Park hit a 3 with 80 seconds left to take the lead, then earned a stop on the other end to put MNU in foul mode.
