KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Four Pioneers scored in double figures in MNU's 74-66 victory at Avila on Wednesday. MNU jumped out to the 9-2 lead but Avila tied it at 11. The Pioneers finished the first quarter on a 6-0 run to take control then extended the lead to 18 by halftime. Avila chipped away at a 20-point deficit to trail by just 6 early in the 4th, but the Pioneers pushed it back to double digits and won by 8.
