OLATHE, Kan. - MNU has won 4 straight after a double header sweep of Benedictine on Thursday. In Game 1, Benedictine hit a 2-run homer in the top of the 2nd to take a 2-0 lead, but Natalie Clark's sac fly cut the deficit in half in the bottom of the 2nd and Lydia Reyes drilled a solo shot in the bottom of the 3rd to tie it. In the bottom of the 7th, pitcher Emily Robinson drilled a 2-out 2-run homer to win it.

Robinson's 2-run homer made her the winner in the circle and the Pioneers the winners of the game.

Game 1 Individual Leaders
Emily Robinson earned the win with 5 strikeouts in a complete game while going 2-4 with the walk-off homer. And Lydia Reyes (3-3, R, HR, RBI, HBP) and Brittany Jacobsen (2-3) had multi-hit games.

In Game 2, neither team got much going until the Pioneers loaded the bases with 1 out in the bottom of the 5th. A walk to Emily Robinson brought home the only run of the game, and Lydia Reyes and Clarisa Cortez combined for the 1-0 shutout.
