MNU Drops Road Game at #2 Campbellsville

The Pioneers could not overcome a 17-point halftime deficit at #2 Campbellsville on Friday. The Tigers jumped out to an 18-7 lead to take control, but the Pioneers fought back to get within 3 at the 6-minute mark of the first half. Campbellsville responded with 3 consecutive three-pointers to get the lead back to 12, and MNU trailed by double digits the rest of the way.

Nate Launius shot 7-14 from the field and 9-10 from the line for a game-high 23 points. Gabriel Jordan had 11 points and 11 rebounds off the bench. And Cale Brubaker had 9 points and 4 assists.
