Pioneers Beat #7 John Brown

MNU shot just 36% from the field but won by 14 on the road at John Brown on Wednesday. The first nine minutes of the game were controlled by JBU and they led 17-9, but they did not score for the next 8 minutes. MNU went on a 16-0 run and took a 7-point lead into halftime. The second half was all MNU and the lead reached 21 points as the Pioneers cruised to victory.

Daria Sprew led all scorers with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Megan Balcom added 14 points and 3 steals. Shadequa Longus had a game-high 4 assists. And Martyna Kudziela had a game-high 12 rebounds and 2 blocks.
