From MNU president Dr. David Spittal: A few weeks ago the campus community was informed that our MNU football stadium will not be utilized this fall due to safety concerns. Plans are underway for both the removal of the current stadium complex, as well as the construction of the new facilities and related costs. We are pleased to announce that, based upon the support and cooperation of the Olathe School District, MNU has arranged to play its four scheduled home football games this year at the district's ODAC sports complex. These are outstanding sports facilities and will provide excellent facilities for the team and spectators for the MNU 2012 season. We are grateful to the board and administration of the Olathe School District for their strong support of these arrangements. Please consult the football schedule for dates and times of scheduled events. Let's use this opportunity to show our support for MNU football and demonstrate our Pioneer Spirit.
