Nick Syrie started the season for the Pioneers, and MNU never looked back in a 114-38 victory over St. Louis Christian on Friday. MNU started the game on a 25-1 run and increased the lead throughout the evening. The Pioneers used a lightning quick offense, getting fast break shots up in less than 5 seconds all game, to run the Soldiers of St. Louis Christian out of the gym. Twelve Pioneers scored at least 6 points in the rout, and MNU racked up 36 assists on 47 field goals.
