Softball Claims #2-Seed in Conference Tournament

Lindenwood and MNU both finished 17-3 in conference play, and the Pioneers (39-5, 17-3) will be the #2-seed in an 8-team tournament starting on Friday. Benedictine (17-22, 8-12) is the #7-seed and will come to Olathe for a best-of-three series starting with a double header at 6:00 PM. The winner of that series will face the winner of #3 Evangel vs. #6 Missouri Valley on Tuesday the 4th.

The Pioneers swept Benedictine in a double header during the regular season, 9-1 and 5-1.
