Rick Fields has been a part of the football coaching staff since the program started in 1978. While primarily an Offensive Line coach during his career, he has also coached running backs, tight ends, defensive line, and special teams. He also served as Head Baseball Coach from 1980-1998.

Fields, a 1977 graduate of MNU and 2013 Hall of Fame inductee, is also the Athletics Facilities Manager. He resides in Olathe with his wife Priscilla, an MNU Hall of Famer (WBB).
