Mario Felix joins the staff as a volunteer assistant coach after holding the position of Director of Operations at The University of Kansas with the Women’s Soccer team. In 2014 the KU Women’s Soccer program finished 3rd in the Big 12 and secured a spot in the NCAA National Tournament.

Aside from the college ranks, Mario coaches club soccer at Sporting Kaw Valley, as well holds a position as the Assitant Director of the All Girls Academy, and the Programs Coordinator for the Premier division teams.

Mario played soccer until he was 17 for various clubs in  Southern and Central California (Camarillo Eagles/Central Valley Soccer Academy). 

Currently, Mario is an Assistant Coach with the Kansas City’s WPSL team, KC Courage. He holds a BA in Sociology from MNU and also has a USSF “E” Coaching License.

Mario married the former Autumn Myers, and they have 2 children: Amos and Adele.
