Joe Hall

Coach Joe Hall is entering into his third season with the Pioneers. He came to MNU after a four and a half year NFL career which saw him play for the Oakland Raiders, St. Louis Rams, and the Kansas City Chiefs. While working primarily with the wide receivers, Hall has coached All-America honoree LaDon Hudson to his two appearances on the BSN list and a number of other All-HAAC performers in Brandon Phillips, Austin Conyers, and Brett Houchen.

Originally from Compton, California, Hall made a name for himself while at Kansas State University as the nation’s largest running back. Hall led the Wildcats in rushing in 1999. With his 195 yard performance against Utah State, Joe drew attention from Sports Illustrated magazine calling him “the largest running back to ever rush for 100 yards in a NCAA game." Hall would accomplish that feat 3 more times in 1999 as the Wildcats finished 11-1.

Coach Hall is in his second year as a graduate assistant and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Management program at MNU.

Hall and his wife Hollie have four children: Joe III (10), Jorryn (6), Joss (4), and Jagger (2).
