Coach Crawford serves as an assistant Tight Ends coach with the Pioneers. He also assists in various duties, including player personnel, recruiting, and social media functions.

Coach Crawford joined the staff in 2015, just shortly after playing for the Pioneers through the 2013 and 2014 seasons as a starter on the offensive line.

Crawford earned his degree in secondary social studies education and is currently student teaching at Gardner Edgerton High School, the home of the Blazers. Coach Crawford grew up in sunny southern California, Mission Viejo and now lives in Olathe.
