Frank Raines enters his 4th season as the Kickers coach at MNU. Coach Raines ran track for George Mason University where he earned All-America honors and qualified for the 84 Olympic, where he was an alternate for the 200 meters. Coach Raines was the Assistant Strength Coach with the Washington Redskins from 1986-90, and was Head Strength Coach with Seattle Seahawks from 1990 to 2000. Coach Raines was also the Speed Coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1987-89.
