Coach Anthony Davis is entering his third year as linebackers coach for the MNU Pioneer football program. He has coached All-Americans in Chad Ammons and current Pioneer linebacker Jake Duren. His experience from playing at the highest level and his expertise on linebacker technique makes him a valuable asset to the Pioneer football program.

Davis was born in Kennewick, Washington and played linebacker for the University of Utah from 1988-1992. He then played in the NFL for 8 years, joining the Kansas City Chiefs in 1994 as a free agent. He played for the Chiefs until 1998 when he signed to play for the Green Bay Packers. In 2000, he played for the Super Bowl XXXV Champion Baltimore Ravens. He is in the midst of starting his own foundation: Your Next Play. He enjoys spending time with his three children: Anthony Jr., Anessa, and Alexus and they reside in Overland Park.
