David Luke was born January 10, 1995 in Kansas City, Missouri ... he is the son of Britt and Jane Elam, who are now praising God's name in heaven ... he has a twin brother, Sam ... he attended Blue Valley High School where he played varsity football for three years (earning a state championship ring in 2010) and track for two years ... he transferred from Fort Scott Community College ... he was the starting inside linebacker and shared time at outside linebacker as well ... he is majoring in Business and minoring in Youth Ministry.

***He dedicates this season and the rest of his career to his new found family among the football team as well as his recently deceased father.
