Emily Hester was born September 9, 1991 in Shawnee, Kansas ... she is the daughter of John and Glenda Hester and has 4 sisters ... she was homeschooled her whole life and played volleyball for the Kansas City East Lions where she and her team won two national championships and a runner up finish in her high school career ... she attended Johnson County CC for two years prior to MNU and her team placed second at the national tournament her freshman year and 9th her sophomore season ... she was named 1st-Team All-Conference and All-District both years and was a 1st-Team All-America player her sophomore year ... she is majoring in Psychology.
