Annie Duffner was born September 16, 1988 in Chillicothe, MO... she is the daughter of Paul and Sharon Duffner and has two older brothers, two older sisters, and one younger sister... she attended Blair Oaks High School in Jefferson City, MO... she transferred from Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO where she played softball for two years... she was selected All-Conference and was second in the nation in saves in 2009... she is majoring in Physical Education.

As a Freshman (at CMU)
At the plate she batted .314 with 37 runs, 10 doubles, 6 triples, 3 homers, 30 RBI, and a .540 SLG% in 48 games. As a pitcher she went 2-0 with a 2.63 ERA and 14 strikeouts in 24 innings. Named 2nd Team All-Conference (OF). 

As a Sophomore (at CMU)
Went 2-0 with 6 saves and a 2.17 ERA and 19 strikeouts in 29 innings.

As a Junior
Went 1-0 with 7 strikeouts and a 2.10 ERA in 10 innings.
