OLATHE, Kan. – Tindra Jarl scored 5 goals as MNU rolled to a 7-0 victory over William Woods on Tuesday afternoon at Pioneer Field. The Pioneers scored twice in the first half and erupted for five more goals after halftime, improving to 10-3-2 overall and 7-3-1 in Heart of America Athletic Conference play.

Jarl wasted little time getting MNU on the scoreboard, converting a pass from Lilja Lidstrom just 3:17 into the match for her ninth goal of the season.

The Pioneers doubled their advantage in the 27th minute when Jarl struck again, this time off an assist from Raquel Fernandez. The goal gave Jarl her 10th of the season and sent MNU into halftime with a 2-0 lead.

After the break, Jarl completed her hat trick in the 54th minute, finishing a pass from Maria Stumpf to extend the lead to 3-0. Just three minutes later, Stumpf added a goal of her own, assisted by Maddie Lalman, to make it 4-0.

MNU continued to pour it on in the 62nd minute when Jarl scored her fourth goal of the afternoon, with Achaia Day providing the assist. Less than five minutes later, Jarl struck for the fifth time, finishing a pass from Lalman in the 67th minute to push the advantage to 6-0.

The five-goal performance raised Jarl's season total to 13.

Adrianna Lara completed the scoring in the 79th minute, converting a pass from Laura Ginguene for her first goal of the season and the Pioneers' seventh of the afternoon.

MNU's defense also delivered a strong performance, keeping William Woods off the scoreboard for the entire match. Fiona Popetschnig recorded two saves in the first half before Anna Pace took over at halftime and added three saves. The two goalkeepers combined for the shutout.
