PARKVILLE, Mo. – Behind a dominant first quarter and a 20-point performance from Kameron Green, #12 MNU held off Park on the road Wednesday night, earning a 66–55 win to stay unbeaten in conference play. The Pioneers opened the game with a 24–12 burst and never surrendered the lead, answering every Park push.
MNU controlled the paint early and often, leaning on Green's efficiency around the rim (7-for-11 shooting). Zaylee Werth delivered another all-around performance, finishing with 15 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Mary Lukert added 13 points, including a pair of threes.
Park threatened several times - pulling within single digits late - but MNU's defense answered. The Pioneers recorded 17 points off turnovers, outrebounded the Pirates 40–31, and limited them to just one made three-pointer all night.
