DUBUQUE, Iowa - #20 MNU picked up their first conference win with a 2-1 performance at Clarke on Friday. The Pioneers got on the board in the 25th minute when Thomas Giraudo's shot was deflected to Rick Hovinga, who slotted it home for a 1-0 lead. In the 40th minute, a Jose Ignacio Munoz corner kick found the head of Giraudo, and David Stoklasek scored for a 2-0 advantage. Clarke managed a goal with 10 seconds left, but MNU held on for the 2-1 victory.
