OLATHE, Kan. – MNU won their 11th straight game with a 79-65 victory at Benedictine on Wednesday. The Pioneers struggled from the floor in the first half, shooting just 39% as a team. But Ed Wright was hot, and his 15 first-half points kept MNU ahead by 3 at the break. The second half was tight until the 8-minute mark, when the Pioneers went on a 10-0 run to push a 3-point lead to 13 with 5 minutes left. MNU maintained a double digit lead the rest of the way and won by 14.
