OLATHE, Kan. - The Pioneers split a double header with Cottey College on Wednesday. In Game 1, neither team got anything going until the top of the 4th, when Cottey hit a solo homer. MNU tied it in the bottom of the inning with an Abby Schulte RBI double, and the game remained tied at 1 until the 7th. In the bottom of the 7th, MNU loaded the bases with 2 outs, and Robin Todd lined a shot to the left field fence to win the game.
