FAYETTE, Mo. – MNU won their 15th straight game with a 94-89 victory at Central Methodist on Wednesday. The Eagles controlled the 1st half while MNU struggled with turnovers and poor shooting, and the deficit was 9 at the break. CMU started well in the 2nd half as well, and their lead reached 18 at the 15:26 mark. After a timeout, the Pioneers went on a 26-4 run over the next 6 minutes - shooting 11-13 - to take a 4-point lead. MNU led by 6 with 6:30 remaining, but CMU went on a 6-0 run to tie it, and the game stayed close into the final minutes.

Jake Alexander hit game-sealing free throws in the final seconds, and the Pioneers escaped with the win.
