OLATHE, Kan. – #24 MNU continued their dominant conference run with a 72-58 victory over #23 Benedictine on Saturday, taking over sole possession of first place in the Heart. The Pioneers led 20-15 after the first quarter, then pushed the lead to 15 after a dominant 19-9 second quarter. Any hope of a comeback was thwarted when MNU started the 3rd quarter with a 9-0 run, and the Pioneers controlled the rest of the game to cruise to a 14-point victory.
