The Wildcats led by 3 after the 1st quarter. but MNU used huge 2nd and 3rd quarters to build a 14-point lead heading to the 4th. The Pioneers went cold, and didn't score in the 4th until the 3:50 mark while Baker closed the gap to 4. The Wildcats finally tied the game with 1:44 remaining, but MNU took the lead in the final seconds on a layup by
Kameron Green after an offensive rebound.
Bi'Anna Pettis sealed the game with a steal and 2 free throws, and MNU survived.
