Ostenson Leads MNU over Benedictine

OLATHE, Kan. – The Pioneers won their third straight game with a 73-62 victory over Benedictine on Wednesday. The Ravens started strongly with a 9-0 lead, and finished the 1st quarter ahead 21-13. MNU closed the gap in the 2nd quarter and trailed by 5 at the break. The Pioneers found offensive rhythm in the 3rd quarter, and put up 25 points while gaining a 7-point lead heading to the 4th. The lead hovered around 10 points throughout the 4th, and the Pioneers held off Benedictine for an 11-point win.
