OLATHE, Kan. – MNU used a huge 2nd quarter to pull away from Culver-Stockton on Saturday. Both teams scored 16 in the opening quarter, but the Pioneer defense clamped down hard in the 2nd. The Wildcats managed just 6 points as the Pioneers put up 24 to take an 18-point lead to the locker room. A tight 3rd quarter saw MNU's lead increase to 19, but Culver made some noise in the 4th. The Pioneers went cold and Culver went on a 15-1 run to close the gap to 5 with a minute left. Free throws from

Aubrey Rogers sealed it, and MNU won by 8.
