MARSHALL, Mo. - The #7-ranked Pioneers suffered their first loss of a season at #22 Missouri Valley on Wednesday. The only goal came in the 3rd minute, when a harmless Viking cross deflected off the foot of a Pioneer defender and into the net for an Own Goal. The Pioneers could not solve the Valley defense the rest of the way, and MNU lost 1-0.
