Laura Torres found a streaking Sarah Assuma, who beat the keeper for a 1-0 lead. Neither team could get much going towards the net, and the 1-0 score held until the 76th minute.
Giovanna Castro perfectly passed the ball between two defenders and right to the foot of
Emily Carrasco, who calmly slotted the ball home for a 2-0 lead. A failed clearance in the 84th minute led MACU into an easy goal, but MNU held the rest of the way.
