Springfield, Mo. - The Pioneers used a big early lead to win the final regular season game at Evangel on Saturday. In the opening quarter, Anna Roulston and TrEl'Shawn Smith each recorded double digits as MNU took a 28-13 lead. The second quarter was even and the Pioneers took a 42-27 lead to the locker room. Evangel fought back to get the deficit to 7 in the 4th, but the Valor could get no closer as MNU pulled away.
