BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - Coach Kevin Wardlaw captured his 300th career victory in a 3-1 win at Baker on Wednesday. His record stands at 300-139-37 overall, and 249-117-35 in his 20th season at MNU (51 wins at Hardin-Simmons University).

MNU got on the board in the 34th minute when Vitus Voitl found Rick Hovinga for his Heart-leading 12th goal, and the game was 1-0 at halftime. Jony Munoz and Mathieu Ecourtemer connected twice (in the 46th and 56th minutes) in the second half to push the lead to 3-0 and take control. Baker recorded a PK goal late in the game, but MNU won 3-1.
