CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Pioneers won their 5th straight game with a 1-0 shutout at Mt. Mercy on Saturday. The game was scoreless until the Pioneers had a corner kick in the 67th minute. The ball couldn't be cleared by Mustang defenders, and Marco Izurieta fired a shot which was blocked. Rick Hovinga collected the rebound and beat the keeper for the game's only goal.
