Pioneers Swept at #6 Park

PARKVILLE, Mo. - MNU went to #6 Park and dropped all 3 sets on Tuesday. The Pirates pulled away in the middle of the first 2 sets, then crushed the Pioneers 25-7 in the 3rd to complete the sweep.

"Park returned all their players," said head coach Molly Karagyaurov. "Including the National Player of the Year, and added even more talent. They are a top team and a legitimate contender for the national title. Anytime you play a team like that; our goals become very internal. And for two of the three sets we got better. I love seeing the girls battle even if the result is a loss."

Park was in control from the start.
