SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The Pioneers led at halftime, but couldn't maintain the rhythm in an 84-64 loss at Morningside on Wednesday. MNU had a strong opening quarter to take a 23-19 lead, and held a 40-36 lead at halftime. Morningside dominated the 3rd quarter, however, and a 23-7 period put the Mustangs up big. The lead only increased in the 4th, and the Pioneers fell to 0-3.

Individual Leaders
Megan Scott shot 10-12 for 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Jordynn Gonzalez added 11 points and 3 assists. And Makayla Gooch had 10 points and 5 assists.
