OLATHE, Kan. - MNU won by 37 over Park University on Saturday. The Pirates hit back-to-back 3-pointers to open the game, but MNU dominated the rest of the game. A 16-4 run put the Pioneers up by 6 after the first quarter, and the lead was 13 at halftime. The Pioneers continued to extend the lead in the 3rd, and the lead got as high as 42 in the 4th as MNU cruised to the finish.

MNU's 16-4 run in the opening quarter turned a 6-0 deficit into a 6-point lead.

Individual Leaders
Makayla Gooch hit 5 threes for 18 points and 4 assists. Anna Roulston shot 6-7 for 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 blocks in 24 minutes off the bench. Mackenzie Loe had 13 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. And Natasa Bozic hit 4 threes for 12 points in 8 minutes off the bench.
