The Pioneers started on a 10-2 run and never trailed, but the Crusaders put up a fight for most of the game. MNU built a few double digit leads but Evangel chipped away and trailed by just 2 with 4 minutes left in the 3rd. The Pioneers pushed the lead back to 8 by the 4th, then ran away in the final period to win by 20.
