OSKALOOSA, Iowa - Three Pioneers reached 20 points in a 112-97 loss at #4 William Penn on Wednesday in the quarterfinals of the Heart Conference Tournament. The Statesmen built a 13-point lead late in the first half before the Pioneers closed with a 12-3 run to get within 4. In the second half, Penn led by 15 when MNU went on a 16-6 run to get the deficit down to 5. But the Statesmen built another double digit lead and held off MNU to win by 15.

With MNU in striking distance, William Penn went on a 7-0 run to push their lead to double digits for the last time.
Individual Leaders
Gabriel Jordan shot 8-12 for 23 points and 6 rebounds to close out his career.
Kellan Turner shot 8-16 for 22 points and 7 assists.
Jonathan Green shot 8-10 for 20 points. And
Kwe Askew added 10 points and 7 rebounds in 21 minutes off the bench.
