Natalie Clark drove home a run with 2 outs and
Shelby Frans followed with another RBI single to give MNU a 2-0 lead. In the bottom of the 6th, Benedictine scored 1 and loaded the bases 1 out. But
Clarisa Cortez escaped with a fielder's choice out at home and a strikeout to end the inning and MNU held on to win 2-1.
