STERLING, Kan. - MNU is 2-2 after a double header split at Sterling on Tuesday. In Game 1, Emily Robinson didn't allow any hits, but a 3-run bottom of the 4th is all Sterling needed. A leadoff walk, a stolen base, and 2 errors led to a big inning, and MNU trailed 3-0. In the top of the 6th Kinsey Kiser's 2-out single plated Jessica Molina cut into the lead, and Lydia Reyes' solo homer got MNU within 1 in the 7th, but the Pioneers couldn't get the tying run.

Game 1 Turning Point
Sterling's 3-run 4th inning was the deciding factor.
