FAYETTE, Mo. - The Pioneers got back in the win column with a 37-21 victory at CMU on Saturday. MNU rushed for 281 yards while holding the Eagles to 64 yards on a ground.
Dahmir Pross racked up 250 yards - the most in program history - and 2 touchdowns on 28 carries.

Trey Cooper ran and passed well this game. The defense had a number of guys thrust into major action for the first time and they did a good job stepping up.

Turning Point
Late in the 1st quarter, MNU made a 4th-down stop in the red zone and converted a field goal on the ensuing drive to take a lead they would not relinquish.
Individual Leaders
Dahmir Pross had 28 carries for 250 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Trey Cooper passed for 111 yards with a TD and ran for 25 yards and 2 TDs.
Austin Blackston had 3 catches for 25 yards.
Marcus Moody caught a touchdown pass.
Ryan Huerta had 10 tackles and a forced fumble. And
Josh Guerrero recorded an interception.
